Welcome to www.pgspace.com. These are the terms and conditions and general principles applicable for your use of the Site. By accessing Pgspace you are agreeing to the following terms of the Policy.

Using Pgspace.
Pgpsace is an open forum for internet users where any end user who is seeking for a "Paying Guest Accommodation" can search for the PG accommodation available across India. Along with that the PG accommodation owners can also submit their PG accommodation details on Pgspace.com after registration. After the registration process authorized users will get a user name & password using which they can submit their PG accommodation details. Later they can also edit or modify their details using their login credentials. No unauthorized user can make such amendments apart from the owner.

We are not charging any money from the end users who are searching for PG accommodation through our website & not even from the PG accommodation owner who are submitting their accommodation details on our website.

While making use of Pgspace you agree that your use of the Site shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles

a. "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users of the Site during the registration process. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a mere platform for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

b. Your Information (or any listings/postings):

  • shall not be fraudulent or pertain to mislead the end user;
  • shall not infringe any intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy of any third party;
  • You shall not exaggerate or over emphasize the attributes & amenities of your PG accommodation or property so as to mislead others in any manner
  • You shall make use of the Services and access the Site in compliance with the provisions of The Information Technology Act, 2000 and any amendments made thereto from time to time ("IT Act, 2000").

Content.
The Site contains content which includes Your Information, Pgspace's information and information from other users. The information is either submitted by the end users by the online registration process or gathered by Pgspace personally & then published on the website by the consent of the owner. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute such content (other than Your Information.
When you give us any content as part of Your Information, you are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, license to use, adapt, publish, distribute and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide through the Site. We reserve the right to remove any such content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these terms and our Listing Policy.
