We at Sun Asset Management Services provide Elegantly Furnished Apartments with Clean and Decent premises, Wonderful atmosphere, wooden beds with mattress, bed sheets pillow with cover, individual cupboards, TV with cable connection, Refrigerator, Gas, Dining Table set and Sofa set in Living Room, Bottled Drinking Water, 24/7 Hot water, Microwave and Washing Machine, internet on request, no extra charges for house keeping, cleaning and laundry.
Maximum 2 persons in each room.
* Twin Sharing - Rs.4300 for Non A/c and Rs.5200 for A/c room plus applicable taxes. Single Occupancy - Rs.8600 for Non A/c and Rs.10000 for A/c room plus applicable taxes. This price includes Basic Room Rent, Water, Electricity, TV Cable, House Keeping Services, Monthly Maintenance charges and excludes Personal Laundry, Internet and A/c usage, Gym and Swimming Pool charges.
Food: Food is optional; we serve Breakfast and Dinner every day. Hygienic and hot food is served in the flat itself. Cost Rs.1000 per month per person. Security Deposit:- Rs.10000.00 per Person in Twin sharing and Rs.20000 per Person in single Occupancy and to be paid at the time of signing the agreement. Security deposit will be refunded back at the time of vacating the accommodation after adjusting dues/damages if any. Lease Period – Minimum period of 6 months stay required with a lockin period of 3 months. Termination Notice:1 month advance notice after lock in period of 3 months.
