Spacious Large Rooms of ~250 sq. ft. with attached bathroom and a large terrace is available for long term stay on a Single-sharing or Twin-sharing basis and is equipped with branded Air-conditioner, Heater, TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi connection, Instant Geyser, Fridge, Microwave, Oven (in Kitchen – if reqd. to be used) with MAID and COOK services. Home cooked hygienic Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner personally supervised by my mother can also be provided.
The facility has power back, 24 hrs. water supply, night security, cook and maid services. Other facilities provided are housekeeping of the room viz., cleaning & mopping of the room and bath. We will provide support and arrange for laundry, dry cleaning and ironing which is to be paid directly by you to the vendor.
The base room rent and other charges are:-
Single occupancy - base room rent per month of INR 12,000/-
Twin –Sharing - base room rent per month of INR 6,000/-
Food and Electricity charges are to be paid extra.
I want to reiterate that we don't operate a PG hostel. Ours is an exclusive home stay facility which is personally supervised by my mother.
The air-conditioned accommodation is within a premium and airy 3 BHK house in the most prime location of K Block, DLF Phase 2, in Gurgaon, approx. 1.5 to 2 km from Infinity towers and Udyog Vihar Phase I – IV, within 2 kms from DLF Cyber Park, DLF Square/Nestle/Converges complex, JMD Square, First India Place, MG road, Gurgaon Expressway, Udyog Vihar, Delhi Metro station etc...
