PG Space Privacy Policy


Introduction.
This privacy policy describes how we handle your personal information. We collect, use, and share personal information to provide our services. We do not dispaly your personal infromation apart from the details given by you in the "Paying Guest Accommodation" registration process and also keep it safe. This policy is effective from the date and time a user registers with Pgspace by filling up the registration form and accepting the terms and conditions laid out in the Site Policy.

Collection.
Information posted on Pgspace is obviously publicly available. Also it is an open forum where anybody can submit & post their personal information or "Paying Guest Accommodation" details. The "Paying Guest Accommodation" details will be displayed on the website only after obtaining consent from the users. We are however not responsible in case your "Paying Guest Accommodation" details are submitted on our website by any other user. Because we can not track everybody for the authenticity of the information they provide. Any user browsing the site generally is not required to disclose his/her identity or provide any information about him/her, it is only at the time of registration you will be required to furnish the details in the registration form.

Use.
We collect personal information from you in order to

  • provide our services;
  • resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
  • provide a personalized browsing experience and inform users about service and updates;
  • communicate marketing and promotional offers to you;

Disclosure.
We don't sell or rent users' personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without users explicit consent. We may disclose all or part of your personal details to respond to enforce our policies to help the law enforcement authorities or in a case of bonafide requirement to prevent an imminent breach of the law

Using Information from PGSPACE.
You may use personal information gathered from Pgspace only to follow up with another user about a specific posting, not to send spam or collect personal information from someone who hasn't agreed to that.

Access, Modification, and Deletion.
You can see, modify or erase your personal information by login in using your credentials. We retain personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes and enforce our policies.

Security.
Although every effort (encryption, passwords, physical security) will be made to keep the personal information provided by users safe but we make no guarantees as internet is vulnerable

General.
Pgspace may amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on Pgspace. You may review the modified Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications.
